29.11.2011 Heyrod Karate attended the 2011 Shido-Ryu National Karate Championships with 11 students entering. The entrant/medal stats were excellent (plus it was our first competition as a Club) with 1 Gold, 6 Silver and 1 Bronze being acheived. Out of the 11 entrants, 8 Medals were brought home. Well done guys you should be proud of yourselves....
