 Our Lil' Dragons Martial Arts Program is specially designed for younger children and blends fun, exercise, Martial Arts and life skills. For years  Martial Arts clubs have tried to integrate younger children in to mixed age classes, only to see them struggle to keep up with the pace and complexity of the class content.  Our Lil' Dragon classes cater for children aged 3-7 years old and the classes are non-combatitive . 

Our Lil' Dragon Gradings are held roughly every 8-10 weeks to aid continual acheivement and growth for your child/ren. The belt ranking system consists of 10 belts, Red Stripe, Yellow Stripe, Orange Stripe, Green Stripe, Blue Stripe, Purple Stripe, Brown Single Stripe, Brown Double Stripe, Brown Triple Stripe and Black Stripe.  There are also lots of acheivement Badges/Patches and Certificates for them collect along the way!!!

 

Each Lil Dragons class is broken down into sections and the total length of the class is only 30 minutes long. This is roughly the maximum time a typical child of this age group can remain focused. To make sure we hold the attention of our Lil Dragons, we alternate our Martial Arts content with games challenging both the children’s mental and physical skills. This is also accompanied by talks with the children about various life skills.... This can be anything from the importance of good health to what to do if approached by a stranger.
